Returns & Refunds policy
At B'Luxurious Beautee Cosmetics, we want you to love your makeup products. However, due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on makeup products unless they are damaged.
Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To process the issue, we require clear photos of the damaged product to be sent to our customer service customerservice@bbeauteecosmetics.com. Once the damage is confirmed, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
Please note: Product returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged upon arrival. We kindly ask that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Refunds: Refunds are issued only in cases where the product cannot be replaced. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
